4Cx is not a sweepstakes casino. Once that's understood, the rest of the review makes sense, the product doesn't fit a normal sweeps template at all.

The operator, FOURCx Corporation, runs a peer-to-peer sports prediction sweeps platform. Users price contracts against other users, not against a house book or against slot RTPs. The product launched in 2025, doesn't publish a real-money gaming license number anywhere I could find, and uses a dual-currency model (Gold Coins for entertainment-only play, 4C Cash for the redemption pool) borrowed from standard sweepstakes architecture.

That mix is rare.

Most sweeps in our coverage set are slot or casino style. 4Cx is closer in spirit to a sweeps-wrapped prediction market, so the comparable peers are Stake.us when it offers sports picks and prediction-market sweeps experiments, not Chumba or Pulsz. I don't know another live US-facing sports-prediction sweeps product with a documented fee schedule and a public state map at this level of detail. Take that competitive read with a grain of salt, the niche is small and volatile.

Operator and Jurisdiction

FOURCx Corporation is identified as the operator on both the live homepage footer and the GitBook terms of service. No parent company is disclosed, and there's no traceable regulator license number, 4Cx hasn't published one.

The terms of service is hosted on GitBook (4c-sweeps.gitbook.io), which is a documentation platform, not a regulatory body.

That's not unusual for the sweeps vertical. The whole sweeps model exists because of state contest law, not gaming licensing, operators like Chumba (VGW) and McLuck (B-Two Operations) similarly don't carry traditional iGaming licenses for their US-facing sweeps surface. But it does mean if a redemption gets stuck on 4Cx, you don't have an offshore regulator to escalate to. Your recourse is FOURCx Corporation's published support channel and operator discretion under their own T&Cs.

For a 2025 startup running proprietary product, that risk profile is roughly what you'd expect.

Compared to the rest of the field: VGW (Chumba's parent) clears multi-billion-dollar annual revenue and has been operating in some form since 2010. McLuck has built a roughly $300M annual sweeps run-rate. 4Cx is none of that, it's small, new, with a thinner paper trail. The structural conclusion isn't that 4Cx is unsafe, it's that there's less inertia behind it than behind the dominant operators in the category.

The two currencies do different things, Gold Coins are entertainment-only and never redeemable, 4C Cash is the sweeps pool currency that converts to prizes under contest rules.

First-purchase bonus is documented as 50% extra, up to 100 4C Cash. That puts a hard ceiling of $100 redemption-equivalent on top of whatever GC bundle you buy.

The minimum purchase amount isn't published, which means I can't run a clean cost-per-SC number, and cost-per-SC is the only sweeps promo metric that actually matters. Compared to mainstream sweeps benchmarks: Pulsz runs roughly 367,000 GC + 32 SC for $9.99 (~$0.31 per SC at face), McLuck typically prices first-purchase packages in a similar band. Without 4Cx's specific GC-bundle pricing, I can't tell you whether their ratio is competitive or not.

The free-entry routes (legally required for any sweepstakes promotion) are documented in the FAQ:

• Free 4C Cash bundled into Gold Coin purchase packages

The mail-in route is the legally bulletproof AMOE, every sweeps operator carries it because contest law requires no-purchase-necessary entry. In practice, almost nobody uses mail-in in volume.

Postage and effort exceed the expected return on a small 4C Cash grant. The route exists, you can use it, but the ratio of effort to reward makes it more symbolic than practical for most users.

Cashier Math, Redemption Speeds, and Fees

This is where 4Cx's documentation gets specific, and the specifics actually matter for sizing your real all-in cost.

Per the GitBook FAQ, the published fee schedule reads:

• ACH purchase: 0% fee
• USDC purchase: 0% fee
• Credit card purchase: 3.5% pass-through
• ACH redemption (standard): 0% fee
• ACH redemption (instant): 2% fee
• USDC redemption: 0.25% fee

Cross-checking available information: redemption rails listed are Bank Transfer, Instant Bank Transfer, and USDC (Ethereum). Minimum redemption is $50 (50 SC equivalent). Published payout window is 0 to 3 days.

A 0-day floor on redemptions is aggressive for sweeps.

Pulsz averages 1 to 3 business days. Chumba averages 1 to 5 days based on community-submitted redemptions reports tracked across r/sweepstakescasinos in Q4 2025 (n=300+ self-reported timelines). 4Cx claims same-day redemption is possible on the instant ACH and USDC rails. I haven't redeemed off this site personally, so the speed claim isn't tested by us yet, take that with a grain of salt and treat the published window as a published claim until community data fills in.

The 0.25% USDC redemption fee is genuinely competitive on a per-basis-point read. McLuck doesn't publish USDC at all.

Stake.us crypto redemptions carry on-chain network fees only with no platform-side cut. 4Cx's 25 basis points is small enough to be reasonable for an Ethereum on-ramp, that's roughly 13 cents on a $50 minimum redemption, but it's not zero, and it'll scale linearly with your redemptions size.

The 2% instant-ACH fee is more painful. On a $500 redemption, that's $10 to skip the standard ACH rail's 1 to 3 day window. From a pure value-math standpoint, if the standard rail clears reliably, the 2% expedite charge is hard to justify. From a practical standpoint, sometimes you want the cash now.

Sweeps operators charge for the velocity, and 2% is in line with industry norms for instant ACH passthrough.

The credit-card 3.5% is the standard interchange pass-through every operator inherits from Visa and Mastercard. Don't pay by card if you have any other rail available. Fund via ACH or USDC and keep the 3.5% in your bankroll.

State Availability

4Cx prohibits play in 19 states: Alabama, Alaska, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Dakota, Ohio, Tennessee, and Washington.

That's a meaningfully wider exclusion list than slot-style sweeps peers. Chumba and Pulsz each block roughly 4 to 5 states.

McLuck is in the same band. 4Cx blocking 19 states tells you the operator is taking a deliberately conservative posture, likely because sports prediction sweeps face different state-law exposure than slot-style sweeps. Sports betting is its own separately regulated activity in many of these states, and a sweeps wrapper doesn't automatically clear that hurdle in places like NJ, NY, CO, MI, or NV that already license real-money sportsbooks under specific frameworks.

The practical translation: if you live in an actively regulated real-money sports betting state, 4Cx has decided not to fight that battle, so they geofenced you out. From the operator side, that's the right call. From the player side in those states, your alternatives are the licensed real-money books (DraftKings, FanDuel, BetMGM, etc.), not 4Cx.

Trust Controls and Verification

Minimum age is 18, per the terms of service.

Redemptions can be held pending verification until KYC clears to the operator's satisfaction. That's standard sweeps language and not unusual.

What is missing: there's no published responsible-gaming page tracked, the responsible_gaming_url field is null. Peers like Chumba and McLuck publish dedicated RG resource pages with self-exclusion forms, purchases limits, and links to problem-gaming helplines. Don't read "no public RG page" as "no RG controls".

The controls almost certainly exist inside the account verification flow and are referenced in the terms, but the public-facing transparency surface is thinner here than at the established sweeps brands.

No mobile app shipped. Web-only, mobile browser compatible. For a 2025 launch that's behind the curve, but native apps barely matter for sweeps in 2026. Apple and Google have gotten pickier about gaming-adjacent listings, and most established sweeps players run as web apps anyway.

It's a missing checkbox, not a deal-breaker.

How 4Cx Stacks Up Against the Field

Compared to the rest of the field, 4Cx fits into its own bucket. The clean comparisons don't really exist, which is part of the point.

vs slot-style sweeps (Chumba, Pulsz, McLuck, Crown Coins, Wow Vegas): different product entirely. Game count is 0 because the product isn't slots, there's no library of 700+ titles from Pragmatic-replacement studios to compare against. If you want a slot library, 4Cx isn't the answer.

The proprietary-only provider tag tells you everything: this is a single-stack product, not an aggregator.

vs Stake.us prediction-market experiments: Stake.us is bigger, has way more liquidity, and has the backing of a parent operation that runs both the.com global crypto casino and the sweeps wrapper. 4Cx is a 2025 standalone with a fraction of the user base. The fee schedule documentation is more transparent on 4Cx, but the actual contract liquidity is meaningfully thinner.

vs real-money prediction markets (Kalshi, Polymarket): different regulatory model. Kalshi has CFTC designated-contract-market status. Polymarket settles in USDC offshore and pulled back from the US after CFTC enforcement action. 4Cx is a sweeps wrapper, promotional currency, no direct money line on contracts, prizes redeemable per contest rules.

If you want real-money prediction trading and you're in the US, Kalshi is the regulated route, not 4Cx.

What I Couldn't Verify From Primary Sources

A lot:

• No license number published. The operator does not publish a gaming-authority ID.
• No public game-count metric, but the product isn't a casino, so the metric isn't really applicable. There's also no published count of active sports markets or open contracts at any given time.
• No app store rating because there's no app.
• No published parent company. FOURCx Corporation is listed as operator with no holding entity disclosed.
• No redemption volume data and no community redemptions-time tracking at scale.

  The user base is too small for the standard r/sweepstakescasinos sample to produce a stable timing distribution.

• No published payout time estimate field beyond the 0-3 day window claim from the FAQ.

When I do run a redemption test through this site, I'll update with timing and friction notes. Until then, treat the speed claim as a published claim, not a tested one.

This affiliate relationship doesn't change our coverage. 4Cx is here because it's a structurally distinctive product worth covering, there's nothing else quite like it in the US-facing sweeps category right now, not because the rev share is favorable. We've passed on operators with better commercial terms because the underlying product wasn't worth ranking.

The Reality Check

Here's the part nobody in the affiliate space wants to spell out: peer-to-peer sports prediction sweeps still has a house. The house is the platform itself.

FOURCx Corporation isn't booking action against you the way a sportsbook does, but they're charging purchase fees and redemption fees, and the spread between what you pay for 4C Cash exposure and what you can redeem it for after fees is how FOURCx Corporation keeps the lights on.

The game edge in this model isn't a slot RTP percentage. It's the cumulative friction of purchase fees plus redemption fees plus whatever pricing edge gets baked into the contracts you trade against other users. Add an instant-ACH redemptions at 2% on a $500 redemption and you've already given back $10 of your stack before bankroll variance even enters the picture.

The only way for 4Cx to make money is if the population of users, on net, loses purchasing power between buy-in and redemption. That math holds whether the product is slots, sportsbook vig, or peer-to-peer prediction wrappers.

It is structurally true of every gaming and gaming-adjacent product, and dressing it up in promotional currency doesn't change the underlying arithmetic.

So the right framing for 4Cx isn't "is it a good site?" The right framing is "is the product structure something you actually want to engage with, given the cashier rules and the geo coverage and the unverified parts of the operator picture?" If you're in one of the 31 eligible states, you understand peer-to-peer prediction pricing, you can fund via ACH or USDC to dodge the card fee, and you treat any purchases as discretionary entertainment money, 4Cx is a defensible small test. If any one of those conditions doesn't hold, it isn't.
